Tina & David Davis

Tina & David are both natives to the South Bay and share a lot of history in the community. "We went to school here, our kids go to school here and we live here."

David has attended over 9 years of upper level education, much of which has been in the South Bay's local college and universities. He is A big advocate for education. His father taught at UCLA and currently teaches at North Torrance High School in retirement. Tina has received a credential in the South Bay's local university system and utilizes clinical counseling skills with great diplomacy in real estate negotiation. That very credential has also opened up very rewarding opportunities for her to truly give to the local community in a meaningful way. Both David and Tina have given years working and volunteering their time locally for homeless, addicted, traumatized and developmentally challenged in support of the South Bay community. David holds a working license/credential as a nurse/counselor and Tina, a counselor which have been beneficial to them and others too. "We love our community and know what it means to give to it."

Clinical background has many rewards in real estate because it affords an understanding of others that some people may not grasp. With great attention to detail, paperwork and problem solving at the forefront, the only thing that proceeds it is, client centered focus.
